Ingredients
1 cup 1 teaspoon 3 cups
Method
Sift flour, sugar and salt. With knife cut butter into the flour mixture until crumbly. Add egg yolks, vanilla and sour cream and mix thoroughly. Spread on buttered cookie sheet. Cover with apples mixed with sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
