  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 10 tablespoon flour
  • 8 tablespoon su

Method

Beat whites of eggs until stiff but not dry. Add yolks one at a time and continue beating. Add sugar by the spoonful. Fold in the flour sifted with cocoa. Bake in 300Β° oven for 40 minutes.
