Wash and hull berries. Mash and strain through sieve. Add lemon juice and sugar and stir until dissolved. Soften gelatin in cold water, place over hot water and steam until dissolved. Add to strawberries. When mixture starts to thicken fold in stiffly beaten cream. Pour into mold rinsed with cold water. Chill until set. Garnish with strawberries.
