  • About

A meal in Tuscany is often made out of their wonderful cold meats, which are ideal for picnics and quick lunches — particularly when paired with bread, a few olives, a few chunks of cheese, and perhaps some preserved artichokes. These cold meats are available from Italian delicatessens. If not, you can substitute other varieties of sliced cold meats. Have them all cut into approximately 3 mm (⅛ in) slices.
