A pasta dish that is not so commonly found, this is charming to look at and, I think, delicious and very easy.
In a pan large enough to eventually hold all the ingredients, put the butter, sour cream, paprika to taste, a little grated nutmeg, the grated Parmesan, and salt to taste. Mix all together while they are still cold.
