A pasta dish that is not so commonly found, this is charming to look at and, I think, delicious and very easy.

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • cups sour cream
  • Paprika
  • Freshly gr

Method

In a pan large enough to eventually hold all the ingredients, put the butter, sour cream, paprika to taste, a little grated nutmeg, the grated Parmesan, and salt to taste. Mix all together while they are still cold.

Cook the spaghetti in a pan of boiling salted water. About 5 minutes before the spaghetti will have reached the point of being very undercooked, put the pan with the sauce i
