  • About

Luscious, soft, seductive are words that suit this exotic layered sweet. While the tropical extravaganza will be most delicious with all ingredients as listed, you can simplify by replacing the Passion Fruit Custard with orange: substitute orange juice sharpened with lime juice (2 parts orange to 1 lime) and add ¼ teaspoon grated orange rind. You might also buy the ladyfingers and baby macaroons at a bakery instead of making them.
