  • ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar

Method

  1. Combine almonds and confectioners’ sugar in processor and whirl to very fine texture. Scrape into a bowl.
  2. Beat egg whites and salt in small mixer bowl to form soft peaks; beat in 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 at a time, whipping a minute after each addition. Add almond extract.
