Ingredients

  • ¼ cup water

Method

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over water in a small saucepan; let stand 3–4 minutes to soften. Heat gently until granules dissolve.
  2. Scrape mango flesh into processor container; add rum and lemon juice and whirl to purée; add gelatine and blend.
