Serve this fragrant ice alone, or along with Kiwi Sorbet, for a beautiful and exotic dessert. Use only the ripest, sweetest melon.

Ingredients

  • About ½ cup sugar
  • cups water

Method

  1. Combine ½ cup sugar and water in saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring. Pour into a metal pan and cool, then chill.
  2. Purée melon and banana in blender or processor. Cut off one end and scoop all pulp from 3 passion fruit. Press through a sieve to remove seeds, rubbing fru
