Palest pink from the touch of strawberries, melting in texture, this dessert cream has a pure fruit flavor—no eggs or thickeners or extracts in the way. If you do not have passion fruit liqueur, substitute 1 tablespoon Cognac or Armagnac and add more passion fruit to the mousse. For the sauce, substitute any sweet fruit liqueur that enhances the passion-fruit flavor.
