Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Place the flour into a pasta extruder fitted with the candele die. Drizzle in the water. Allow the machine to knead the dough until it forms pellets the size of coffee beans. Extrude the dough and cut every 12 inches.
Place the pasta on the parchment-lined pan to dry for a day, then cook as directed in the recipe.
