  • 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

Method

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line 14 muffin tins with cupcake liners.

Using your food processor or blender, purée the mangos so that you have a completely smooth mixture, equal to about 1 ⅓ cups
