These popsicles are as close to instant gratification as you can get when making either a cheesecake or a frozen dessert. No baking, no churning, and before you know it, you have a whole tray of fruity, cheesy, and creamy freezer pops. Of course, any other sort of jam could be substituted depending on what you prefer or have on hand, but raspberry is my personal favorite topper for plain cheesecake, so I simply couldn’t resist the combo.
