This classic vegan green pesto is made with a blend of pine nuts, olive oil, fresh basil and garlic – a wonderful mix of fragrant flavours. This recipe makes more than you will need, so you’ll have some left over to keep in the fridge for another meal.
The spiralized veg are delicious and of course count towards your daily vitamin intake, but are also pretty and a bit different from pasta.
