There’s no need to miss out on the fun on fish Friday! Coating tofu in crunchy breadcrumbs whizzed up with dried seaweed gives it a fabulous ‘fishy’ flavour.

Serve it up with a pile of peas and fries of your choice, and get stuck in.

Ingredients

  • 375 g/13 oz firm tofu, pressed to remove the water
  • 2 sheets of nori seaweed

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. Pat the tofu with kitchen paper to dry it well, then slice it into fingers.
