These cheesy sticks coated in crisp breadcrumbs are delicious with a tomato-based salsa or a sweet chilli dipping sauce. You can prepare ahead for a snack or party food, then bake to heat up just before serving.


  • 250 g/9 oz vegan mozzarella-style cheese
  • 2 tbsp chickpea/


  1. Cut the cheese in half lengthways and then into 1cm/1/2in strips. Keep these in the fridge, covered, while preparing the other ingredients.
