This smoothie is satisfying and delicious, almost like thawed frozen yogurt – sure to appeal to those who like ice cream! Depending on how tart the berries are you may need to adjust the sweetness, but start with just a little maple syrup and taste it before you add too much – it may not need it.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml/½ pint/ cups vegan milk

Method

  1. Put everything into the blender and whiz until smooth and combined.
  2. Drink immediately or put in the fridge until you’re ready to serve, giving it a mix before drinking.
