Spinach has quite a strong flavour, but it’s sweetened and balanced in this thick smoothie by some apple and banana. Coconut water is especially good for hydration since it contains natural electrolytes (which are often added to sports recovery drinks), making this a healthy smoothie to enjoy after a workout. You could just use water if you prefer.
