It is so easy to make this irresistible snack using a vegan butter and plenty of garlic. As for the corn on the cob, it’s worth trying to find hard-block vegan butter for this particular recipe, though you can use regular vegan margarine if that’s what you have.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or French stick
  • 115 g/4 oz/½ cup

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. Make deep cuts along the top of the bread, being careful not to go the whole way through.
