Cashew nuts work really well with spices. These ones pack a bit of a punch, but you can just use less cayenne pepper and leave out the chilli flakes if you can’t take the heat.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. Spread out the nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet, then toss with the paprika, cayenne pepper and chilli flakes.
