Banana Ice Cream

This is the simplest instant ice cream made with frozen bananas and a splash of cream, with no churning of any sort required. Even better, it’s good for you! Here, it’s scooped into cones with a grating of chocolate on top, but you could serve it in a bowl and drizzle over the warm chocolate sauce described below, perhaps with some sliced banana for a very banana-y split.
