  • 150 ml/¼ pint/ cup vegan single/light cream

Method

  1. Pour slightly more than half of the cream into a heavy pan. Add the maple syrup, sugar and cocoa powder. Gently heat, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth, then heat until it begins to boil. Stir continuously as the mixture will start to thicken.
  2. Remove from the heat and leave until the bubbles subside, then add the tahini, chocolat
