When the weather hots up, fill your freezer with dairy-free ice lollies for instant refreshment. These creamsicles taste like a frozen smoothie and each counts as two of your five a day! You’ll need ice lolly moulds and sticks to make them.

Ingredients

  • 400 ml/14 fl oz can of coconut milk
  • 300 g/11

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients to a liquidizer and whiz until smooth and combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into the moulds and insert a stick into each one. Put in the freezer for a couple of hours or until completely set.
