These fruity balls don’t contain any nuts so are suitable for school. Frozen berries are a great standby ingredient and are blended with oats, quinoa, seeds and vegan yogurt to make a protein- and vitamin-packed snack for energy on the go. The mint adds summery freshness.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Put the oats, quinoa flakes and sunflower seeds in a food processor and blitz until fine.
  2. Add the frozen berries, vegan yogurt, agave syrup and mint leaves, and blend until smooth and the mixture has begun to clump together. Leave it to sit for a few minutes to allow some of the moisture to be absorbed and the mixture to thicken up slightly.
