This melon zinger is a little bit different from other ice pops you may have tasted and makes a delicious change.

Ingredients

  • 200 g/7 oz watermelon pieces
  • juice of ½ lime
  • <

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a liquidizer and whiz until smooth and combined, then pour the mixture into the lolly or ice pop moulds.
  2. Put in the freezer for a couple of hours or until frozen. Run the moulds under warm water to release the ice pops.
