Grate the apples, including the core and peel, and set aside.
Gently heat up the coconut oil in a small pan, then add the spices and gently give them a stir. Add the oats and plant milk and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes until thickened and the oats are soft, stirring occasionally. Take the pan off the heat and ladle in the grated apple.
Enjoy with milk and a dollop of nut butt
