Peel and mash the bananas and set aside. Gently heat up the coconut oil in small pan, add the vanilla paste, then gently stir in the dates. Add the oats, plant milk and salt and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes until thickened and the oats are soft, stirring occasionally. Take the pan off the heat and ladle in the mashed bananas.
Enjoy with a dollop of coconut yoghurt.
