  • 300 g (10½ oz/1⅔ cups) precooked rice

Have the rice precooked according to the packet instructions.

Heat a splash of olive oil in a large pan, add the leek and fry for about 3–5 minutes until beginning to soften. Add the broccoli and stir for about another 5 minutes until the vegetables are nice and soft.
