This is ideal for when you want something sweet and you want it quickly. The added crunchy texture combined with fried banana and a dollop of coconut yoghurt is a match made in heaven.
Put all the crumble ingredients into a bowl and mix together with your fingers until well combined.
Heat a little coconut oil in a medium-sized frying pan (skillet) and fry the bananas flat-side down for 5 minutes until nice and golden. Carefully lift on to serving plates. Spoon the crumble mixture into the same pan and fry for about 5 minutes until nice and crispy, stirring and keeping
