Rich and creamy chocolate mousse pots made dairy-free with thick coconut milk. This is a lovely recipe to make a large batch of and keeps very well in the fridge. Filling and very moreish.
In a medium pan, bring the coconut milk, maple syrup and salt to a gentle boil. Immediately remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla, followed by the chocolate and nut butter. Whisk until all the ingredients are well mixed together and you have a smooth texture.
