Ingredients: 6 tablespoons cacao; 1 medium parsnip, peeled; 75 g (2½ oz/⅓ cup) brown or coconut sugar; 60 g (2 oz/½ cup) gluten-free flour mix or buckwheat flour; 1 teaspoon vanilla paste; 1 teaspoon baking powder; a little coconut oil, for greasing; berries, to serve; 1 large avocado; 120 ml (4 fl oz/½ cup) coconut milk; ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (baking soda); 3 tablespoons maple syrup; 250 ml (8½ fl oz/1 cup) Oat Milk or other plant milk
