This is a great alternative to Parmesan cheese. The bouillon adds the saltiness that we so crave. What makes this particularly special is that most plant substitutes for Parmesan are made with nuts so are off limits to anyone with a nut allergy, whereas this can be enjoyed by everyone.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until you have Parmesan cheese-like consistency. This should be kept in a glass jar in the fridge and lasts for weeks.
