I stumbled upon Fresh Rhubarb Refrigerator Cake in 250 Refrigerator Desserts (1951). As I am a lover of both rhubarb and icebox cakes, including a version in this section of the book was a must. The original recipe calls for sweetened condensed milk, stewed rhubarb, and vanilla wafers.
