The Gimlet is nowhere to be found on the IBA list of cocktails, but I know it’s a classic because it’s what my mother drank:

Ingredients

  • 50 ml (1½ fl oz) dry gin
  • 100 ml (3 fl

Method

Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Top with ice. Shake to chill. Strain into a chilled coupe.
