The Bloody Mary is a common starter drink for young drinkers – maybe because of the garnish or the fact they can’t taste the alcohol. So that the carrot juice has a thicker consistency, similar to tomato juice, start with raw carrot juice and thicken it with 0.1% xanthan gum by weight (multiply juice weight by .001).
