21. Steamed Carrots

If you have the necessary equipment, this is possibly the easiest way to cook carrots. What you’ll need is a pot with a lid and a steaming basket. Of course, some water and carrots are also needed.

If you don’t already possess a steaming basket, look for one that stands up straight when not in a pot and that is easy to remove from the pot when the whole basket is enveloped with steam.
