The following quantities produces about 12 to 18 biscuits, depending upon your generosity when spooning out the batter.
Combine the dry ingredients with the carrot shreds in a bowl and then with the egg white. Set the batter aside for a few minutes and drain off any egg white that gathers at the bottom of the bowl.
Prepare a baking sheet with greaseproof paper or a silicone-rubber baking mat.
