Since a Chinese-style dough is nothing more than flour and water, it is simple to just substitute carrot juice for the water. Even with the carrot juice, the dough is quite flexible. Besides being usable for noodles, the dough is perfect for dumplings since it starts off as being soft and stretchy. It can be rolled thin for use as wonton wrapper. It is also is excellent for ravioli. The basic recipe quantities shown below produces enough dough for 32 dumplings, 48 wontons, and 4 large bowls
