Method

In a food processor, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt and pulse to blend. Add the water and olive oil and pulse just until the dough comes together. Transfer to a lightly floured work surface. Knead the dough for 1–2 minutes to form a smooth ball. Place in an oiled large bowl, turn to coat the dough with the oil, and cover with plastic wrap.
