I created this moderately spiced salad for my cousin’s potluck wedding rehearsal dinner, and received many requests for the recipe. It is a good dish to bring to parties, to be certain there is gluten-free food available.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions, 2 bunches, thinly sliced
  • Fresh g

Method

  1. In a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat, warm the oil. Add half of the green onions, the ginger, and chile and sauté until tender, about 1 minute. Simmer until the beans are tender
