Asian chile paste such as sambal oelek or Sriracha, 1teaspoon
Kosher salt, ¼teaspoon
Ripe avocados, 2, peeled and cut into ½–¾-inch (12 mm–2 cm) pieces
In a medium bowl, combine the cilantro, lime juice, chile paste, and salt and crush together with a fork. Add the avocados and mix in, crushing slightly. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve right away.
