Ingredients

  • Cold heavy cream, ½ cup (4 fl oz/125 ml)
  • Sugar, 2 teaspoons
  • Pure vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon

Method

  1. In a chilled bowl, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla. Using an electric mixer beat on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Use the cream right away, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
