Method

Place the flour, herbs, baking powder, and salt in a food processor or mixing bowl and pulse or whisk to combine. Add the butter and pulse or cut it into the flour with a pastry blender until the butter is finely crumbled. Add the milk and cheese and pulse or stir until the mixture just comes together. Use right away.
