Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Add the kale and cook until tender, 2 minutes. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water, and press the greens to remove as much water as possible. Place the kale, cheese, garlic, and lemon juice in a mini food processor or blender. With the machine running, slowly add the oil and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
