The following drink is a variation on the French 75, a delicious cocktail named after a famous field gun. I have replaced the gin with sloe gin.
Ingredients
40 ml 3 a squeeze
Method
Into a slender straight glass, pour the sloe gin over the ice, adding the lemon juice, Champagne and finally the twist of lemon rind. I would recommend no more than two before dinner.
