  • About

Not the sherbet that is a sorbet nor the Middle Eastern drink, I’m talking about the fizzy sherbet of old-fashioned English sweet shops. It is incredibly easy to make and a fun, frivolous way to make people smile. I like to bring this out after dinner with an array of things to dip. Toasted caraway and aniseed add complexity, but certainly not enough to make it too grown-up!
