  • 450 g (1 lb) potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds</

Method

Wash the potatoes and partially cook in boiling water. Allow them to cool, then peel and cut into cubes. In a heavy frying pan heat oil and when hot add mustard seeds and potatoes. Fry until pale gold and then remove the potatoes from the pan. Reheat the pan and stir fry the garlic, mushrooms, onion and red pepper for 5 minutes. Add the dulse and potatoes and continue cooking, stirring constant
