  • 3 tablespoons fat
  • 2 cups tinned or fresh shrimps

Method

Lightly brown onion in fat. Add celery, pepper, mushrooms, and cook 2 minutes.

Add shrimps, and turn lightly for 2 minutes. Then add the rice and soy (or Worcestershire) sauce [If you use Worcestershire, make it one tablespoon, of course. Soy sauce is salty, not peppery, as is the other.] an
