I came across wild garlic (ramsons) in many forms in the Baltics, and it also grows in abundance in cool, shady woodlands. Abelandcole.co.uk and farmdrop.co.uk sell fresh wild garlic (March is usually when it’s available), while fermented wild garlic is made by Forager and sold in delis throughout the UK, as well as online at forager.org.uk.
