  • About
Cold-pressed from coconut flesh, this oil adds a delicate tropical flavour to cooking. It’s sold in a solid form, but once heated it melts into a smooth liquid oil. Use it for curries or dehydrated vegetables like kale chips. Although its health benefits are exalted, it’s still a pure saturated fat, so use it sparingly.
